Illness
If you need to reschedule due to illness, let me know as soon as possible. Receiving massage while ill is not beneficial for your healing and poses a health risk to other clients and myself. Most same day cancellations due to illness will not be charged, however, repeated late cancellations may be subject to the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
In the last 7 days, if you have:
- a known exposure of COVID-19
- lived with someone who has COVID-19
- any respiratory symptoms (not allergies)
- had a cold or a flu
- had a fever over 100.4 °F
Please do not schedule at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, no fee applies.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost and must pay this fee before you can reschedule.
If you no-show to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment, and must pay this fee before you can reschedule.
If you arrive late, you will still be charged in full for your appointment.
If you need to end your session early, you will still be charged in full for your appointment.
Covid Safety
I don’t require clients to wear masks. However, if you’re high-risk, please note the waiting room is shared with other practitioners, and you may wait briefly before entering the treatment room. I always wear an N95 mask during massage sessions but not during intake or outtake unless you arrive wearing a mask—then I’m happy to mask up immediately.
